Exchange Email Failure

I have Suse 10 that came with my HP mini-note 2133. I am having trouble getting Evolution to send and receive mail from my exchange server. This is my first experience with Linux. I am able to see my calendar and contacts, but when I "get mail" it get the following error: "your account does not have permission to use grace@sjdellserver.sjtexaslaw.com as a From address." I cannot send or receive mail.

When I googled the issue I saw some dated papers that say "Ximian Connector must be installed with Yast". Is this still necessary and does it sound like what is causing my problem?
