SLED 11 devel packages

I downloaded the Novell SLED 11 SDK two discs and the SLED 11 disc.
I could not find bash-devel and dialog-devel packages.
How can I solve my problem, how way can I use SUSE Build-system and where can I found source files for the binaries?
