IMPROPER CODE WAS SUPPLIED

Hi. I just bought Novell Suse Enterprise Server & Desktop about 16 months ago.
I downloaded today SLED SP2 and installed in a 'clean' computer. When i go in Yast > Customer Center Configuration > and enter my activation code, the system doesnt contact with Novell, and i can't get updates, returning me the message ERROR: 400: HTTP Status 400 - An improper code was supplied. What the shit happened? Thanks.

Other question... How can I update to GNOME 2.2? :)
