Default SLED 11 fails during install/system probing

Hello all.

I am trying to install SLED 11 Eval on an HP dx2200. During GUI install, on System Analysis>System Probing>Initialize Package Manager, I receive a YaST2 warning/error:

----------------------
"Unable to create repository from URL 'cd:///?devices=/dev/sr0'.

Details:
[|]Valid metadata not found at specified URL(s)

History:
-Can't copy /var/adm/mount/AP_0x00000001/media.1/media to /var/cache/zypp/raw/RepositoryNKjjjn
-Can't provide /media.1/media : Can't copy /var/adm/mount/AP_0x00000001/media.1/media to /var/cache/zypp/raw/RepositoryNKjjjn

Try again?" Yes or no
----------------------------

Yes gives the same error, no aborts install. When I check the media during teh Suse install, it does give me some sort of MD5 error so I realize this is a media/checksum issue. I have burned the ISO twice now and tried on 2 seperate PCs.

I guess my question is, how can I get this installed without having to re-download the image. Can I make a bootable USB stick to install it? Please advice. Thanks!
