Has troubleshot the screen monitor.
For the elementary LCD screen monitors only one frequency of synchronisation - in my case of 60 Hz.
In screen monitor customisations was from 50 to 60 Hz. Has put from 60 to 60 Hz. Now the screen monitor works always correctly.
With a problem of an incorrect output from a mode of suspend with disk writing I will understand in the near future. It is necessary to check up services which stop at an input in a mode of suspend and are started at an output from a suspend mode
