OpenLDAP not connect

Good day,
OpenLDAP it's running, but i cannot admin.
ldapsearch and ldapadd it's working, but i can't connect with ldap GUI
tools, ex. ldapbrowser, ldaptools to manage.
Yast, Network Services, LDAP SERVER, show DATABASE and BASE DN, but with
this parameters cannot connect to LDAP server, appear:
failed to connect to ldap://10.10.10.11:389
How to revise LDAP'log?
