Default bacup and iso

Hi

I have recently installed SLES 10 SP2. Box is working fine and now i am thinking that i want to change my hard disk. I have 5400 RPM 320 GB hard drive and I got new one (7200 rpm 500 GB).

Becoz 5400 HD is so noisy. Before doing that I want to create Complete system backup including OS and each and every single file on DVD's

Now my question is

How can I take 5.8 GB of data inluding OS into 2dvs's and restore them into new hard disk. I mean How can I clone my entire OS, files, applications, tools, utilities etc... including system setting DHCP configurations, Corn jobs, every thing....

Once I have taken backup and replace the hard disk ; if i insert dvd1 of 2 it is able to boot , create partitions , install SLES10 and restore everything.

How can I do that

Thanks in advance...
