Upgrading Postfix, BIND, ClamAv, Spamassassin, etc

I am migrating an email gateway from FreeBSD to SLES 10 SP2. The email gateway on the FreeBSD server is using Postfix 2.4 which approx a year old. I noticed however that SLES 10 only has Postfix 2.2. I don't want to downgrade to a version of Postfix I have never used.

Also, I am needing to migrate an Internet facing non-recursive authoritative BIND server to SLES 10 SP2. It is using a newer version of BIND than what comes with SLES 10 SP2.

I am new to Novell's SLES server so my question is how do I upgrade to newer releases of these and other packages? YAST tells me there are no updates available for these packages.

Is there documentation I have missed somewhere that describes the procedures?
