redirect http to https doesn't work

I found something strange in my info.php
Underneath "apache2handler", there's written

Hostname:Port 	bogus_host_without_reverse_dns:0

I think this could be the reason of my problems.

Do you know, where I can change this value?
What's the standard-content of this field?
