SLES9 SP4 install problem - keyboard and mouse over PS/2 KVM
I am trying to perform a clean install of SLES9 SP4 x86_64 on NEC Express5800/120Lh server.
The problem is with keyboard and mouse (both over PS/2 connection).
If both devices are connected directly there are no problems with detection. But if I connect them through LevelOne KVM-1610 PS/2 KVM switch mouse is not detected during install, and keyboard is lost after first reboot.
I have tried passing following kernel parameters (i8042.nomux i8042.reset and i8042.nopnp) during boot, but without effect.
We have other machines with SLES9 SP3 x86_64 on same hardware and everything works as expected.
Is there any solution to this, other than reverting to SP3?
