scp problems after upgrade to kernel-2.6.5-7.311 / SLES9 SP4

Hallo,

after an upgrade to kernel-2.6.5-7.311 on our SLES9 SP4 server the performance of scp is terrible ( 4Mb/sec on 1000 Mb/sec link).
I have then downgraded the kernel to the version 2.6.5-7.287.3 and the scp performance is O.K. now ( 45Mb/sec). Is this a known issue? Thanks.
