Open firewall to specific computer

Hi, i'm readed all the forum finding how to open the firewall to an specific computer (is the backu server and he needs lot of ports open), and i don't find any tip about this...

Can someone help me?

I want to allow one ip to access all tcp ports trough my firewall.... to avoid to configure each single tcp port.....
