Default SMTPS port 465

I am currerntly running SLES 10 on my server and am new to configuring a mail server. I have it up and running now inside my network and have no issues. The problem I am having is that my ISP is blocking port 25 and I cannot get my mail to deliver to anyone when accessing outside of my network. I have been googling and checking the forums on here but can't seem to get it working at all with any of the suggestions. From what I can tell i need to have ssl on and it seems like it is, i have also been in master.cf and uncommented the 2 lines that people have told me and it still doesn't want to work. I have a friend at home that i keep texting to try and test it as well as i'm trying in my office. I am using microsoft outlook 2007 to try and test it. Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
