Default dependency issues Updating to SLES10SP3

I recently patched a server, and checked the move-to-sles10-sp3 patch, and it did the patch for the script, but when I re-ran yast to do "cleanup" patches, I am getting dependency errors regarding the move-to-sles10-sp2 script (see png attachment)

If I tell it to keep the sp2 script, I get another error stating This would invalidate script:move-to-sles10-sp2-script.sh-0-26.noarh. script:move-to-sles10-sp2-script.sh-0-26.noarh has unfulfilled requirements. My only option is to delete move-to-sles10-sp2-script.sh

Any thoughts?
