Problem moving to SLES10SP3

hello,
i'm trying to move from SLES10SP2 to SP3. I downloaded the isoimage from the Novell Website and tried to install via "Software ==> Patch CD update" in yast. I got a message concerning dependencies: patch:slesp2o-sp2_online-5020-0.noarch[SUSE_SLES_SP3-10.3-1-20091022-112802] kann aufgrund fehlender Abhängigkeiten nicht installiert werden. Translation: patch:slesp2o-sp2_online-5020-0.noarch can not be installed due to missing dependencies.
And further: Es sind keine installierbaren Anbieter von SPident == 0.9-74.23 verfügbar für patch:slesp2o-sp2_online-5020-0.noarch[SUSE_SLES_SP3-10.3-1-20091022-112802]. Translation: there are no installable providers for SPident == 0.9-74.23 available.
But SPident is installed in version 0.9-74.23 !

Is anybody experierencing the same message ?
Some idea ?
