Default SLES with XEN won't start X correctly?

Just installed SLES 10 SP2 with XEN support.
On 64-bit AMD (so this is 64-bit version of SLES 10 SP2) with Nvidia graphics card.

If I boot normally (SLES 10 SP2) with NO XEN, things are great.

If I boot with XEN, I get "funky garbage" on the screen and it tells me that:

Failed to start the X server (your graphical interface). It is likely that it is not set up correctly. Would you like to view the X server output to diagnose the problem?

I say "yes" (although at this point I've got like chinese chicken writing on the screen).

I can't really read all of what's on the output screen. The only thing that says "error" is:
open /dev/fb8: No such file or directory
