Default Changing the dom0 IP address?

I installed the SLES10 SP2 host and a couple of VMs on a dell server in the shop. I had the host set to DHCP. I moved the system to it's final location, on another network, and brought it up fine. I am now trying to assign static IPs starting with the dom0 interface.

I found that I could boot up in SLES (as opposed to XEN) and change the IP configuration to a static IP. However, when I boot up in XEN I do not get an IP interface. I looked through the files in /etc/xen and I do not find any IP configuration stuff in there.

Can someone nudge me in the right direction please? Thanks!
