Xen Sles 10 sp2 Windows Guest Networking

I have followed the following link on setting up bridge networking on the xen host.

My Suse Guests network operates perfectly but my windows guest before and after installing the driver pack are able to ping the host and other web sites by DNS name. But when I open a web bowser I get nothing.

Also if I have the host pinging the windows guest while I am trying to access a web site the ping freezes until the web site fails/stops trying to load.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
