sles11 xen-kernel boot in a loop

Hello,

we have SLES11 server 64bit (hp dl380g5) running with xen-kernel which provides several virtual machines. After installing all recommended patches from novell
this xen-hosts booting in a loop. No error messages or something....
When we use the standard kernel, we can boot the servers, but with no virtual machines (of course).

No Idea what i can do now...

With OpenSuse or some other free linux system - ok, this can happen, but
with non-free SLES this should not happen without a warning. We spent
some time to save our machines and reinstall SLES11 (with no
patches!!!!!) this can not be the strategy of novell.
