press F10 to accept license?

I am running SLES11 on an HP Blade. I need to install Netware 6.5 OES2 in
an XEN VM on this blade. Everything goes fine until I need to press F10
to accept the licensing agreement. At which point the Virt-Manager
captures my F10 and drops down the file menu.

I have tried this from the iLO console and running virt-manager via an
ssh session and I get the same results either way. If someone could
explain how to get past this point short of using a response file I would
appreciate it.
