Virtual servers pause or shutdown

Hi,

Running SLES10sp2 with 2 x dual-core processors and 6gb RAM. Running 4 low-usage virtual servers.

Domain-0 1gb ram
Windows1 - 1 cpu 1.5gb ram
Windows2 - 1 cpu 1.5gb ram
OES (Netware DNS) - 1cpu 1.0gb ram
OES (Netware GW webmail) - 1cpu 1.0gb ram

The OES(Netware) virtual servers start perfectly but the two Windows 2003 servers start to boot and then either go into a pause state or shutdown. When I restart the Windows virtual servers, the same problem occurs. Sometimes the Virtual Machine Manager stops responding and I need to restart the manager.

Any ideas?
