Default Best way to configure domU NCS nodes?

Scenario:

2 physical bare metal DL380G6 with EVA4400 running SLES11 as dom0.
Each dom0 running one instance of a virtual OES2 Linux server. So far so good...

Now, i want to create a cluster resource inside these virtual OES2 based on Novell Cluster Services. So far so good... no problem installing or configuring, shows up sweet in iManager > Clusters.

Now, I want to create a raw disk mapping to use as a NSS Cluster resource for failing/failback between these OES2 Nodes.

How to do it?

I'm using native basic files in /etc/xen/vm, tried adding this line on both nodes:

disk=['file:/var/lib/xen/images/voes05/disk0,xvda,w', 'phy:/dev/sdb,xvdb,w']

Can start node1 but node2 reports:

Using config file "/etc/xen/vm/voes04".
Error: Device 51728 (vbd) could not be connected.
Device /dev/sdb is mounted in a guest domain,
and so cannot be mounted now.

Can someone advice me how to get this NCS running?

cheers,
Anders
