I agree. NOWS SBE is a great idea but actually succeeds in complicating rather than simplifying the installation of NOWS. I can't see a situation where the administration of SBE is ever going to be within the grasp of a small business - which surely must be one of the objectives - without technical expertise because once installed you are into the realms of imanager / console one. These are perfectly good tools but you need to know what you are doing to use them - so if you know what you are doing just get on and install the real thing. The problem then is commercial rather than technical.
