NOWS SBE 2.5 NCC Registeration question

Please tell me why you get 5 NOWS SBE/SLESactviteiton codes but you only getone OES2 you must enter all three of them to configure your NOWS SBE server if you want to more server are you put ofluck or did my sales rep make a mistake.
