Thanks for the update. It's clear we still have a lot of progress to make around SBE. I'll review with the Product Teams and ensure we get better Product Mgt communication.
In Support, we still treat SBE as a bundle and don't target it within Support for specific TIDs. We rely on the specific product teams to create their TIDs. A few weeks ago we made an assignment for a Support Engineer to do some direct focus on SBE and review the TID needs. I'll have him reach out to you for your direct input as well.
