Please - No Technical Support Questions
This forum is for Novell customers and potential customers to discuss Novell's technical suppor process and procedures. Though we have sympathy for your technical support issue, Novell's support managers aren't in the position nor do they have the time for answering tech support requests. Such messages will probably be ignored, and will eventually be moved to an appropriate forum, delaying any possible response you could get. Thanks for helping keep this forum on topic.
