Folders/Workspaces with same names on same level in WS Tree

Hi

I am still running Teaming 1.0.2 and it seems that there might be a bug. I attempted to create a folder with the same name as another folder already in the workspace tree, but also on the same level in the tree. This gave an error message that stated that "folder already exists." This is correct, but after going back to the workspace tree, I noticed that the folder was in fact created. Folders with the same names on the same level is probably not a good idea.

I don't know if this was fixed in SP3.
