Conferencing connect AD

Hi All
I install conferencing on SLES10 SP1 by reading installation Guide. and config ldap.xml.in before install Conferecing.
When I install it successfully, and I use ldap-sync.sh to check LDAP Sync...I get some message below

the message is successful info. in the installation Guide, but I could not see any AD user in the conferencing client'search function .

Anyone had tested the Conferencing connect AD ??
