Configure to use LDAP over SSL (win2003)

Hi,
I'm using Windows 2003 and want to configure Teaming to use LDAP over SSL against eDirectory.
There is an instruction available here How to enable SSL to Teaming LDAP Synchronization and Authentication for Linux (only?).

But how do I accomplish the same thing on my Win2003 server?
Can't seem to find that keytool utility...
