I assume that only the department members and the new hire need to get that notification. If so, use notification on exit at the end of the WF and select a group those users belong to. The tricky part is to get the name in of the new hire in that notification.

Maybe you could add that user to teaming first to get a welcome message in his/her P-WS and use that as the notify message. Although I'm not shure if this wil work, have to test that.

Actually, I wanted a wide circulation email. So what would be preferable is a message to "every one" that stripped out the rest of the form other than the hiring announcement. But I don't think that is possible.

I must add, though, that the form and workflow functions are wonderful.
