Default Conferencing Whiteboard

I now have conferencing up working. Jabber works and I can initiate meetings from Teaming. We have no issues sharing applications nor the desktop. The whiteboard however is a different matter.

When I open the Whiteboard, I receive a message on the client that reports "Unable to download file".

The log reports: "[Fri Oct 23 11:18:28 2009] [error] [client 192.168.0.137] File does not exist: /var/iic/htdocs/repository/SharedDocuments/288431"

When I click OK on the message, there is much activity, the error message reappears and then the logs report:
"[Fri Oct 23 11:20:03 2009] [error] [client 192.168.0.137] Could not LOCK /repository/SharedDocuments/288431/Whiteboard288431/Page1.xml due to a failed precondition (e.g. other locks). [500, #0]
[Fri Oct 23 11:20:03 2009] [error] [client 192.168.0.137] The locks could not be queried for verification against a possible "If:" header. [500, #0]
[Fri Oct 23 11:20:03 2009] [error] [client 192.168.0.137] Could not open the lock database. [500, #400]

[Fri Oct 23 11:20:03 2009] [warn] mod_jabapi: auth send api:1178

[Fri Oct 23 11:20:03 2009] [warn] mod_jabapi: jabapi_send_request get_message 1 0

Finally the Whiteboard appears and I can use it.

Saving the Whiteboard does not produce an error but the logs show:
"[Fri Oct 23 11:21:56 2009] [error] [client 192.168.0.137] The locks could not be queried for verification against a possible "If:" header. [500, #0]
[Fri Oct 23 11:21:56 2009] [error] [client 192.168.0.137] Could not open the lock database. [500, #400]
[Fri Oct 23 11:21:56 2009] [error] [client 192.168.0.137] (2)No such file or directory: Could not open property database. [500, #1]"

I have had little success in resolving this and searches indicate not many have experienced this problem.

Any help is appreciated.
