NCSP1ACU beta patch

Maybe I'm posting in the wrong forum but, I downloaded the NCSP1ACU beta
patch and can't extract it. When I double click on the downloaded file
NCSP1ACU.exe it opens a DOS window with the agreement and asks to
continue. When I enter Yes and hit enter, is flashes and that is it. No
files extract. Any ideas how to get the files I need?
