Subcriptions and training material value

I have a question about the technical subscriptions.

What should we select Tech Select or Professional?

1. What is the best value?

2. Regarding the online training material access.
Is it only available on-line or can you print out the PDFs?
Or do you just have to read on-line and then screen shot the areas
you need to study further.

3. What would be the most training I could get for 5
people who have basically no training budget?

If I had to purchase this myself with my own money, what is the least
amount of money could I spend and still have access to the training
materials. I am mainly looking to keep my CNE, etc certs current as well
as the new CLP, CLE and NCE certifications.

I also had a question about how up-to-date and complete the training
materials are. Will they be updated or will some key training material be
missing and thus an additional purchase would be required.

I am mainly looking at the subscriptions for access to the training materials.
