Unable to find relevant TID

I have been trying to use the Novell Mutiplatform Knowledge...
Unfortunately, I feel it is hard to find the relevant information that I
need.

For instance, I try to enter : "An exception occurred:
com.novell.xml.dom.DOMExceptionImpl" I just couldn't find any match.

Yet, as I go into the Novell Support Forum, I could just quickly and
manage to find the information I need.

How does this new "Multiplatform Knowledge" work?
