Default Study material availability

I was certainly pleased to see that the self-study kits were available via subscription, which was the decision maker for my purchase of the Professional Resource Suite. However, once I purchased the subscription, I found that the self-study kits were only available online.

This concerns me and makes me question the value I am receiving for the money that I spent out of my own pocket. Since my study time usually includes locations at which I do not have internet access, is there a way that I am able to view the materials off-line? I usually do have my laptop with me in those cases, and it would certainly be much more worth the money I paid.
