Zenworks orchestrator: Discovery problem

I am not able to start Zenworks Orchestrator Console (ZOC). It displays following error message when started

"Discovery problem: Failed to examine local RMI Management network,
caused by: Network is Unreachable"

I am using xen virtualization. Here are the details of my setup.
1) Host OS : SLES10 SP1 (x86_64) booted with xen kernel i.e. 2.6.16.46-0.12-xen
2) Created 2 xen VM: Installed with SLES10 SP1 (x86_64)
3) Installed Zenwork Orchestrator 1.1 on these two VMs.
--> installed ZOS (server) on one VM.
--> installed ZOC and Zenworks Orchestrator Agent on another VM.
4) I am able to access the Administration Information page.
http://server_name_for_ZENworks_Orchestrator:8001/

Using this web interface, installed ZOC and agent on the managed node (one of the VM). Even installed JRE on the managed node.

5) When i was accessing Zenworks Orchestrator Console (ZOC) on the Orchestrator server machine, it displayed the above error message (Discovery problem...)

I am able to ping to all the VMs and the host machine. Even, i have disabled SUSE firewall on Host and VM nodes.

Please let me know what the problem is.
