Problem installing Exchange in ISM-W2003

Hi, I'm trying to install a demo for a client next week but the exchange keeps giving me a bunch of errors

What I have:

VMware Wkst 6 Latest Build
Images from DVD utopia 2C
Windows W2003 STD R2 SP1 & SP2 (tried both)
Exchange server 2003 STD & ENT (Tried both)

When I try to install the exchange server using the scripts, it keeps sauing that there is a problem with some (?) dll's or files.

I0ve used this cd's on the past with no problems, but these are now ISO's and not the physical media.

Any ideas ? Suggestions ??
