Missing Out of Box Role Reports in Utopia Demo

Hi,

I am using the Utopia demo VM for AGS and when i try to run out of box reports (role related) I only see 1 reports:'Entitlements on Roles'

As per my understanding I should see all of the below reports:
Changes in User Application Roles by Date Range, Last n Days
Application Roles Mapping
Application Roles Within Business Processes
Global Role Mappings
Global Roles Summary by Owner
Global Roles Memberships
Changes in User Global Roles by Date Range, Last n Days
User Application Roles
User Application Roles by Group Membership, within Business Processes
User Entitlements by Role

Does anybody know how to obtain the remaining reports. Alternatively, is there a document that briefly explains the attributes in each report? I would appreciate any help in this regard.
