Jukeboxing and startup problems

I created a third party application, including an MSI file. There are two executables included in the install, a student tool and a teacher tool. I want each shortcut on the start menu to launch only the tool it's tied to, so I don't have either one autostarting. However, when I try to run either shortcut I get the error message:
A startup file could not be located for the given command line. Please specify a valid jukebox parameter and try again.

Is there anyone who has experienced this error or knows how to fix it?

Make sure that your startup parameters do not contain a space.
