Groupwise issues.

I'm trying to get a ZAV version of Groupwise Client to work properly.

(Groupwise 7.0.3 and ZAV 7.1.301 built on a clean WinXP SP3 VM)

The issue:
The application seems to be working fine in all respects except when it comes to open up any attachment made by Microsoft Office. When you try to open it up it will present you with a lovely Windows installer window stating its preparing to install, after a little while, it either gives you another window to put in your product key OR it decides to restart the computer.

And it's acting the same way for both Office 2003 and 2007.

I tried to make the ZAV app for GW with both the template from Novell and with regular install, it has the same issue both ways.

If anyone has any input or suggestions it would be much appreciated.

I installed Office on my "clean" machine before beginning the virtualization process. Just don't do the initial capture until after you install and run Office for the first time.
