Ok, that kinda worked. It works fine with Office 2007 now, but I have another issued with Office 2003, it opens the attachement and you see it, but it freezes for a couple of seconds and then crashes and wants to send the crash info to MS.
I'm going to go through the registry settings on the ZAV app and see if there is an conflict somewhere.
