Can you confirm that all mail from ZAM is not working ie can you schedule a report to emailed to you and does it show up? If so then this would indicate that there is something amiss with Contract notifications.
If no mail will show up at all check your mail server settings in the Web Console. Click 'Options' on the top right and then click 'Manage E-Mail Server'.
Check whether you have the correct address and account for you mail server.
