My first post on the Novell forums! I would like to recommend a company called NovaCoast. We brought them in for a ZENworks assessment a couple years ago when we were implementing ZENworks for Servers. They were very knowledgable and did a good job educating some of our engineers. Though we did not utilize their services for anything ZAM related, I would think they can offer you something... worth a shot.
