We created SQL Views to help streamline export tasks and linked it to the BMC Remedy Action Request System (ARS) via EIE. With our next upgrade of ARS, we will be connecting the data via Remedy AIE to the BMC Atrium CMDB 2.1 and using the reconcile functions to streamline our asset data.
