Default The handler ServiceExistsSysReqHandler threw an exception

Any one else getting this error message in the ZCC?

The handler ServiceExistsSysReqHandler threw an exception. System.InvalidOperationException: Cannot open Service Control Manager on computer '.'. This operation might require other privileges. ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: A system shutdown is in progress --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

This happens during shutdown

I think I may have narrowed it down to the printer policy. We have a printer policy that installs secure iPrint printers. when I remove this policy the messages go away.

Here is my zmd-messages.log at the time of the event.
