The 2010 Novell Knowledge Partner team has been selected. 95 nominations for the NKP Program were received. See which nominees were selected. Everyone that was nominated deserves some recognition, we wish we could take everyone. Those chosen were deemed to have been the most active in sharing their knowledge and experience with other Novell users in the past 12 months. Thanks to all the nominees and those that took the time to nominate them. (Now we start the process of looking at possible 2011 candidates, and we'll call for nominations next October.)

The issue with the services failing over the weekend seems to have gone away as well. I can't explain this unless it was related to the ZAM inventory software being installed on the clients.
