Default Novell ZenWorks Pre Agent service
What is the purpose of the Novell ZenWorks Pre Agent service being left behind after the Zen 10 client installation?

In Computer Management/Services it states that it "Performs initial download and installation of modular ZENworks Adaptive Agent services", but these tasks have long past and the service is on all of our test roll out machines.
