Starting ZenNotifyIcon.exe with open login-window

After authenticating with NMAS to OES2 we need to login from the command
line or WinXP autostart to ZCM10.
So we need to make a login the same way as you can make it right-clicking
the ZenNotifyIcon.exe -> Login and then entering our credentials (we want
insert it with NSL 6.1).

When we start ZenNotifyIcon.exe from the WinXP comand line, the
Login-screen does not open.

(ZCM 10.2 on OES2, WINXP SP2 with NW Client 4.91 SP5 )

Do someone have andy ideas?
