No Icons in the launcher window on citrix with 10.2.1

Yes - same with us. The last two days some users called us, that they are missing icons and have additional icons they never had seen before. The bundles/icons that showed up doesn't seem to be randomly mixed up. It was the complete set of other users logged on the same machine.

At the moment we are trying to reboot the machines as often as possible and are cleaning the Bundle Cache with "zac cc" every day. If we can't find a solution soon, we will try to revert to 10.1.3 agent. Unfortunately 10.2.0 is already baselined and we don't know if there's a way to prevent the automatic agent update.
