ZCM 10.2.1 with Mcafee Products

We are facing slowness with ZCM Agent 10.2.1 in our Windows XP computers, it´s taking around 2 minutes to logon. We noticed that if we remove all Mcafee products ( Viruscan 8.5.0i, HIPS 6.1.0, EPO 4.0.0 ) the computer takes around 30 seconds.

Someone has any idea how to fix it?I saw some posts with other antivirus products, but we don´t know how to fix it in Mcafee products.
